Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana (Adults Only)

The lush garden view created a serene atmosphere.

My room needed major updates and felt neglected. The food was often below average, sometimes even terrible, disappointing. I encountered issues with the front desk as they didn't receive my reservation and I had to provide payment again to secure a room.

The staff is brilliantly friendly, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is excellent near the ocean for free, the best restaurant, and La Romana, Higeuy and Puerto Plata. The rooms are brand-new with a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea makers and a seating area. The view of the Ocean is amazing!

Where do I even begin? For starters, the so-called "cleaning" was a joke-my room stayed a mess on the first night. Is it too much to ask for room service? I had zero surprises, so a room upgrade would have been nice. Clearly, I was just an average guest at Secrets Punta Cana. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

The resort did not except the company credit card via this booking site. I had to get a authorization form from the Reservation Manager and fax it in. He wanted a physical card but the credit card is a ghost card for the company, there isn't a physical card. He tried to charge our employess on site for the rooms and almost didn't let them check in. It was a hassle to say the least plus I had to stay at work an hour late to correct.

The beach service was impressively quick and the staff learned our drink preferences after just one day. We reminded me of VIPs with our butler, Andrea, checking in on us daily.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the experience we got, I would say it was acceptable.

Everything was wonderful. We had a great honey moon. I recommend for anyone. We've stayed in another 5stars resort at the same trip, and Secrets was, by far, superior.

The only negative point is the Deserts. The rest is just perfect

Modern and brand-new room provided with rose petals as well as a complimentary bottle. Marvellous and favourable location for visiting coffee store and casinos. Beach area.

Excellent beach access and fun water sports activities. The dining options seemed limited and the food quality fluctuated .

I enjoyed breakfast and lunch at Riviera, I enjoyed Dinner at Spice, I enjoyed the river pool and the main pool was the biggest I have ever seen and spotless. I enjoyed the circus show on Friday night. The rooms and grounds were spotless. I enjoyed beach volleyball every morning at 10:30am. I have stayed at Excellence and Dreams in Punta Cana and Secrets was definitely the best by far.

The only thing I didn't like was the beach water full of seagrass. I know it's not Secrets fault but the pools made up for it.

Last time i visited punta cana, i didn't have such a personalized experience. At secrets, the bartenders crafted amazing cocktails, and the private pool in my room felt refreshing. I loved taking bachata lessons right by the beach with an attentive entertainment team.

I loved how easily we could stroll to dolphin island park, just a short walk away, and the beautiful arena blanca beach was less than 5 kilometers away, making our city walks even better .

The staff at secrets was always helpful. We loved the mexican restaurant, it had the best food and the staff there were so vibrant and fun. Relaxing at the outdoor swimming pools was perfect to recharge after enjoying the spa treatments. The vibe was just amazing!
